The PhotographyCorner.com 2011 Photograph of the Year contest was announced on December 10th, 2011 and entries were accepted until January 6th, 2012 (the entry period is now closed). The Sponsors and Prizes (valued at over $10,000!) can be viewed on the 2011 Photograph of the Year main page, as well as the Rules and the Timeline of the contest.

Before Submitting a Photograph, make sure you are aware of what pieces of information are required with your submission (explained on the How to Submit a Photograph page), as well as what limitations there are as to what photographs can be submitted.

Entries were due by midnight, GMT on January 6th, 2012. The voting period is now closed, but you can still check out the entries here. The winners were announced on January 27th, 2012 (check out the winning photographs here!).

Every photograph submitted, as long as it fits within the Rules, will have a chance to win, as the community votes on all the photographs. Voting began on January 11th, 2012 and will run in two rounds through the end of January 2012 when the winners will be announced. Only members (in good standing, with at least 5 posts) of PhotographyCorner.com will be able to vote on the photographs (register for a FREE account here).
