Fa1sal recently hit the 10k (that’s 10,000) post mark on the forum! He’s just the 3rd member (4th if you count me… which you shouldn’t… of course I’m going to have lots of posts) to hit this amazing mark - check out the member list.

But it’s not just a number’s thing. Faisal has been a member of PhotographyCorner since November 9th, 2005, and has consistently contributed to the success of the Corner. He has won a Contest Corner Challenge as well as a Photograph of the Month, so it’s obvious he’s got some skillz (he didn’t even go to a photography school or anything - all natural talent, yo!). But it’s his attitude and willingness to help that make this 10k mark that much more significant. Faisal has always offered help and advice to help the Corner to grow and thrive. He takes time out of his day to answer people’s questions and comment on their photos, all the while taking an excellent gallery of photos himself. In the 1.5+ years he’s been at the Corner, he has flourished as a photographer, and it’s something I know he, and I, take pride in.

In fact, Faisal has inspired a new feature that will be appearing on the blog shortly as well - the Corner Member Interviews, where we will feature various Corner photographers and their photo galleries. Fa1sal will be our first honoured photographer (look for that feature to come within the next week or two!).
