You ever notice that some objects kind of look like letters? Like the brim of a mug looks like an “O” or the top of that roof makes the letter “A”, or even a stick in the shape of the letter “Y.” Contest Corner Challenge #43: Holiday Alphabetography challenges you to photograph these objects that look like letters, and put them together to create a holiday word (like peace, joy, christmas, jesus, lights, wreath, hanukkah, festivus, etc).

Unlike most Contest Corner Challenges, you are allowed to do more than basic post-processing. In this contest you may use selective color, a frame, and you may ignore the size and dimension restrictions, as you will be required to “stitch” several of these photos together to make a word. The title of your photograph should be the word that you “alphabetographed.” The end result will be a bunch of photographs stitched together to create a “holiday” word. Pretty cool, eh?
