Photograph of the Month Voting Time

It’s the last week of the month, so you know what that means, right? Time to vote on the Photograph of the Month!!

For those of you that are just joining us here at the Corner, we have a Photograph of the Month contest at the end of every month (duh!). Here’s basically how it works: Throughout the month, Premiere Members nominate awesome photographs they come across in the forums and the Corner Galleries by posting a link to them in their Private, Premiere-Member-Only Forum (you don’t have to be a Premiere Member to have a photograph nominated, but you do have to be a Premiere Member to be able to nominate a photograph!). 7 days before the end of the month, I go through the nominations (anywhere from 30 to 100+) and narrow the field down to 10-15 photographs. Then, during the final week of the month, the community votes on the photographs, and on the first of each month (usually), the winner is announced.

So this month, we have a great line-up of nominated photographs featuring 13 photographs by 12 different photographs (Spicoli has two up this month!). You can check out the entries in the May 2008 PotM Photo Gallery, then cast your vote before 4:00pm EST on Wednesday, April 30th, 2008 (8:00pm GMT). This month’s contest is sponsored by Kubota Image Tools, providers of Photoshop® actions, image enhancing tools & training, with the winner receiving a copy of Kubota Artistic Tools Vol. 4 - a value of $149! If you’ve never seen or used any of the Kubota Image Tools stuff, definitely check them out at www.kubutaimagetools.com.
