As a popular tourist destination in the summer months, especially for photographers, Big Sur, California is a fitting subject for PhotographyCorner’s August 2009 Photograph of the Month. After dozens of nominations were whittled down to 15 photographs, the community voted. The votes were close, but with almost 16% of the vote, shniks’s photograph taken at sunset in Big Sur, California was declared the victor.
