Photographers Revealed - 2009 Photograph of the Year Final Update
At the end of January, about 3 weeks ago, we announced the winners of the 2009 Photograph of the Year contest after weeks of voting and narrowing down the entries. If you missed all the craziness of the contest, you can check out the winners here. The $10,000 in prizes are on their way to being delivered to the winners and it’s time to do a quick look-back at the contest - specifically at all the photos that were initially entered into the contest.
During the voting period, the photographer of each photograph remained anonymous, but now we’ve gone through the entire 2009 Photograph of the Year Photo Gallery and added usernames to each of the photographs there. If you haven’t figured it out already, find out which photographers took your favorite photos. Here are the links to the 2009 Photograph of the Year Photo Galleries (if you like the photos, give them a thumbs up and even leave a comment!):

Congratulations again to all the winners, the participants and the voters - thanks for making this such a great contest! If you haven’t already, be sure to check out and thank all the sponsors of the contest as well: PhotoBook Press, Cotton Carrier, Mpix, Imagevuex, AKVIS, ThinkTankPhoto, Amazon.com, SmugMug and Daymen. Without their help and support, this contest, or PhotographyCorner, would not exist. We’ve set up a special thread in the forums - pass along your gratitude to the sponsors here.
