Just a quick post to let you know that a new product review on Memolio.com has been posted in the Corner Resource Center. Memolio.com is a web start-up that creates double-sided, tear-resistant, waterproof, 12-page mini photo albums. I had the chance to create and order one for free. Just a quick blog post to let you know that there’s a new review in the Corner Resource Center. If you have been around the Corner for 10 months or more, you’ll probably remember ScanCafe, one of the sponsors of the 2007 Photograph of the Year contest. Just a quick note to let you know a great new article has been added to the Corner Resource Center. Tips for Photographing Wildlife by JeremyT is a great article, featuring 11 photographs, with various tips on photographing animals both in the wild and in captivity. The article includes tips on zoos, safaris, “little things,” the unusual, the golden hour, where to focus, backdrops, and sunsets. If anyone has submitted an article or tutorial to me over the past 6 or so months, they’ve probably been disappointed that it has yet to show up in the Corner Resource Center. I’ve gotten behind, and the longer I left it, the more that piled up. Eventually it became too big of a mountain to climb, and they just sat in a folder, collecting virtual dust, on my desktop. As I mentioned about a week ago, with the release of Adobe Photoshop Express, Erik Bernskiold (a moderator here at the Corner), has put together a video review/tutorial series for us that covers every aspect of the new, online tool from Adobe.

Unlike it’s older brother Photoshop, Photoshop Express is more aimed towards the casual photographer, not at the professional photographer. That being said, it’s still a great tool to use on the go. If you just want to quickly clean up an image, or maybe you’re not at your “post-processing computer,” or your at someone else’s house and you left your laptop behind - it’s a quick and easy way to do some basic photo editing.
