Richard Peters Wins 2nd Photograph of the Month

Following the voting period at the end of each month, we tally the votes and crown a photograph as the Photograph of the Month. This month richard peters, for the second time in 2008, has one of his photograph declared the Photograph of the Month. His photograph “Red Deer in Sunrise Mist” picked up over 25% of the votes (and you can check out the voting results here).

Here on PhotographyCorner.com, every month, the Premiere Members go through all the photographs posted up in the forums and the galleries and nominate the best ones. With one week left in the month, the entries are narrowed down, and posted up for the community to vote on. Check your calendar - it’s the last week of August (YIKES!), so you know what that means…

Despite the fact that the voting and the winner announcement was a couple of days later than normal, that, by no means, makes the winning photograph any less than fantastic. Jim Harris (aka jaharris1001) of Deltona, Florida won the August 2008 Photograph of the Month contest with his photo titled “Pilons and Morning Colors.”
