Our 62nd Contest Corner Challenge was unique in the sense that the challenge had photographs submit not one, but two photographs for the contest. The first photograph submitted was to be a “before” photograph, and the second to be the “after” photograph. We had 32 photographs submitted from 16 different photographers (you can see all the photographs submitted in the Contest Corner Challenge #62: Before & After Photo Gallery), but there was one pair of photographs by JustJerk that received almost 20% of the votes (check out the final voting results here): Morning Start - before and after of the egg, of course!

For Contest Corner Challenge #62: Before & After, instead of taking and submitting one photograph, the community was challenged to take and submit two photographs (inspired by the fact we have two sponsors - AutoFX Software and Think Tank Photo - note: if you make purchases from either of the sponsors by using the links from the Corner, a portion of your purchase goes to support the Corner!). Sixteen photographers decided to take up the challenge, and we have 32 photographs to check out in the CCC#62: Before & After Photo Gallery (2 from each photograph… a “before” photograph and an “after” photograph).

Usually, Contest Corner Challenges are all about taking a photo with a specific theme. Contest Corner Challenge #62: Before & After, however, is a little different. There’s no theme - no specific subject that you have to photograph. Instead, you have to take two photographs of something - anything. One before blank and one after blank.
