It's Friday, which means it's time for another great photographer interview. This week, in our bi-weekly column "SmugMug Corner" sponsored by SmugMug.com, we meet 73-year-young photographer Howard Hull. We've got 16 photographs of his below, along with a great interview. This time, instead of photographing rain, your challenge is to photograph the “flowers” portion of the saying. No special requirements or restrictions (though, of course, you have to follow the Contest Corner Rules & Regulations) - just take a photograph of flowers. Simple as that. This week, I’ve had the privilege of being very busy with photography. Included in my great fortune was a question by a lovely gentleman by the name of Steve asking about depth of field. He asked me about taking photos of flowers and getting the “perfect depth of field.”

CCC#32 just came to a close, so that means it’s time to announce the next CCC. It’s a little cliché, but it’s the first thing that popped into my head (believe it or not, I don’t always plan the challenges more than a couple of minutes in advance!): April Showers Bring May Flowers.
