As always, when the entry period for a Contest Corner Challenge is over, we go to a 5-day voting period to decide the winner of the contest. The voting thread and poll for Contest Corner Challenge #48: The Path was put up today, and we have until approximately 6:45pm EST on Sunday, April 13th, 2008 (that’s 10:45pm GMT with all the daylight savings time stuff accounted for). Voting has begun for Contest Corner Challenge #47: Digital Darkroom #2! The contest was a “Photoshop” free-for-all, which allowed those who entered to use at least 2 of the posted photographs (you have to be logged in to see them) to create their own compilation photograph. Read more »

The entries are in, and now it’s time to vote for the winning photograph of CCC#46: Facial Expressions. The contest asked you to capture a close-up of someone’s face, with the face filling up most of the frame. In addition, the title of the photograph was to be the emotion the person’s face is expressing. And what a great collection of photographs we received! Read more »

So, while we’re still voting on the FINAL ROUND of the 2007 Photograph of the Year contest, it won’t completely overlap with the voting for the February 2008 Photograph of the Month.
