The picture isnt that great to begin with, its over exposed, but it met the requirement for this picture border idea so I used it. I found the instructions to this a year and some ago, and I finally decided to read the instructions and follow them to do this.

I searched around the forum I got it from, even did a search for the exact date and its not there, they must have cleaned out thier history or something, but I do have the source that that forum got it from so Ill post that.

Its not hard, its just trying to make sure you dont do something wrong since some stuff could be mis understood. I think the hardest part is getting a clean selection around the object. I could have prob dont a better selection in this one. I found another tutorial that I saved for selecting stuff from techtv, not the one I was hoping to find but another one, so I may redo it sometime.
