I posted this in another part of the forum.. didnt really know where to post for a quick response I do appologize in advance..

Well I'm a New B...
I've been reading for quite sometime.

This is what she wants.

Pictures taking inside and out
and a video of each room, and the outside of each house.

She has over 15 listings she wants me to do for her.

And she wants 10 copies per house burned so she can pass them out with her brochures.

What type of rate should I charge?
Should I do a package deal? Charge per picture, per video..

Help Please!!! I'll be using a kodak Dig cam.

If it's just a one-off thing, just come up with a price for the whole package that you think is reasonable. If it's something you're going to continue doing, you'll need to figure out a per-piece price to break down the prices for future projects...

most realtors are doing this themselves, i know a friend of mine is and using a nikon 8800 w/ a fisheye adapter and a tripod so he can do virtual tours of the listings he has

also keep in mind that the real estate market right now is so hot, most houses sell within the first 15-30 days... so realtors are not looking to dump a lot of money into promoting them anymore

that said, photos alone, no more then 15-20 per house, id be charging around $50/house and around 35-40 cents per mile driving time between the houses

video would be more

Well, the housing market isnt hot everywhere, but assuming you're in an urban part of the US or Canada, those prices that Mike stated above are probably about right. ;)
