what about instead of a how tosection or in conjunction with one making a thread for links for photoshop like you have photography 101 how about a p/s 101. this would help some out here just strating out and would more or less be self maintaing as folks could do a editoral and a link to them on there own.
I am a meber to a forge borad and the do this once a week soemone will put a editoral in that they have learned and they will allow questions for that post to make it so everyone can benifit from others knowlage base on things.

That sounds like a good idea to me... and maybe once we get a good collection of tips and tutorials, I can post them on a webpage for easier access. For now, we can probably just start this type of stuff in the Software Corner section of the site... and as it grows, I'll create a seperate section for it.

sounds good to me!! also another one that i had started that did pretty good was i had asked the question. If you were just strarting out and had no money and had a camera how or what would you use to build a light studio, we found out all kinds of links and things for the "do it yourself" studio to include how to build lightboxes and reflectors and also other things that can be used to achive diffrent effects. it was really kind of neat to see some of them,
I built me shutter release for the Canon rebels that i have from some of those tips. works great use it alot

Nice! Yeah, go ahead and start whatever threads you want :) If we get enough demand for a new section, I can easily move threads to a new section once it's created.
