Hi there

I work in a webdesign company in the west midlands in england.

Now I can sit and write code all day, I can use photoshop, quark ahnd the usual array of graphic packages and have been quite happy to use a simple sony cybershot to take images for clients websites.

However I have had a number of clients recently with much more creative and specific photgraphic requirements so I need to up my game as it were and learn a lot more about photography.

I have 3 forthcoming jobs which require 360 degree images and doing a little research on the net points me to egg, kaidan 360 , remote reality and other such lenses - also using a fish eye lens and stitching the image (have to admit that the results on those looks to be far superior)

I guess the reson for this post is to say hello everyone and please help a complete photograph incompetant person.

I need to buy a decent digital camera, a 360 lens, decent tripod, flash and probably other stuff that I dont even know I need to buy so.. any advice guidance, opinions that you could offer would be gratefully appreciated.
