Any suggestions for stacking two week ol's??? Suggestions on a different backdrop? These are easy to "extract",.....so, please feel free to play, and share. Feedback/Comments? Thanks.....;-)

Something about the lighting discourages me a bit. but cant pin point it.red hue? I do understand what you was aiming for though. maybe using a softer light, or move it farther away will help. Others here of course will probably differ this opinion.

The background itself is fine, but that stuff on the side is kind of a distraction. You could clean that up easy in photoshop so its not a real problem. The composition is fine but not so sure how I feel about the "bodyless" center dog. Perhaps it would work if he was facing more into the camera.
Anyway, those are just ideas to toss around. the exposure, and focus look great.

Good eye VBS....the lighting is confused, between a flood fill light I used, and a lot of natural light fuseing in on their left and back.....I learned a valuable lesson on not mixing the two.....

Here's one without me using the flood.....I think it came out better. I love this feedback!........thanks team.

I agree about the bodyless dog. Although at first I was concerned about where the head to the body was.

I'm not sure it's appropriate for your purposes, but I love the pictures of them all lined up nursing. Ok, I'm pretty sure it's not what you want but it's still my favorite baby animal picture.

Lovely shots Mike, I think you're already stacking them beautifully!

Ahhha,.....it took me a while, but now I see what you mean by the bodyless dog!, doh!....., actually, you can see all six of their bodies,...kinda. The black mantel just blends in, yet actually extends horizontally in front, which the two white guy's heads are sitting atop,.....it just blends into the black backdrop. I tried a white, blue, and green backdrop, but that made theme look cheesey. That's why I am asking for suggestions for a backdrop......any ideas team??? Thanks.....;-)

The puppies are adorable.... I prefer the lighting in the first shot.. but am bothered by the black & white dog on the left.. under the white dog.. the body vanishes into the background and you just see a bit of paw.. I like the arrangement of the pups in the second shot :) looks like a fun shoot

pperhaps a dark blue, or navy will work... something dark but still giving enough distinction between the dog and the backdrop.

The first shot is good, except for the black dog blending in too well, and the reddish tint, but I like the second one better, it has a bigger aww factor.
