1) It's Finally Here!
It's been a long time coming, but it's finally here: the NEW PhotographyCorner.com! If you haven't been to the site over the past couple of days, make sure you stop by and take a look. Not only is the forum run on new software, but the whole site has been completely redesigned. There will be a bit of a learning curve with the new site, but hopefully some tutorials mentioned below will help with the learning curve. ;)
2) Tutorials to Help with the Learning Curve
Change is always tough, even when it's change for the better. And trust me, the new PhotographyCorner is better in so many ways. We were beginning to outgrow the old site, both in functionality and design. It was time to upgrade. I know a lot of you loved the old site and found it comfortable. Over time, once you realize how much more can be offered to you and the community from this new site, you'll learn to love it to. I promise. For those of you that are having a little trouble with the new site, take a look at a couple of these tutorials that should help make the learning curve a little less steep. ;)

Yes, it's that time again. Can you believe it's almost December? The entries this month are amazing, so make sure you stop by the Corner to place your vote for our first PotM on the new site! Have you noticed that some of the forums are private? What about those members who have the orange rank cameras as opposed to your black ones? Don't you feel left out? 5) The Big Jump
Moving to a brand new site is a big step - a big jump even. I know. I've been through it before on other sites. Some of you love the new look, some of you hate it. We can't please all of the people all of the time. But honestly, the change was necessary for a number of reasons. The new software is not only more robust and secure, but also comes jammed-packed with a lot of great features (some of which will be released over the next couple of months... yes, there's more to come!). Have you even seen the new chatroom yet ( http://www.photographycorner.com/chat/flashchat.php )? I know it will take some getting used to. If you have any questions about the new site, feel free to email me, PM me, or bug any of the mods. ;) We're here to help. You'll learn to love it and feel comfortable on the site site. I know you can do it. I know you can. ;)
