Alien Bees - what do I need?

Okay, so I'm thinking I should probably get a couple flashes soon and it seems that the majority here use "bees". My focus is wedding photography and my camera is a Rebel XT. I'm looking at the DigiBee Package (http://www.alienbees.com/digi.html). Would this be a good set-up for me? And what else will I need?

that is a good start, as for what you need. that depends on you. i have four lights and i feel i "need" one more. i "need" to get some more attachments like a snoot. and i "need" to get the battery pack so i do not need to find an outlet when i am outside.
the umbrellas are fine but i like the softbox a lot more. and if you get the big softbox you will need the bigger stand.
it depends on your budget too. i have the 800's and like them. and of course, return on investment. are you doing a lot of photography to pay for more or just barely enough to pay for what you have.
