Sam - I used the zoom lens on the camera itself, with just the flat plate on the housing. The 3x zoom on the camera allows for a decent amount of zooming with good focus clarity and a little deeper depth of field than my wetmate macro lens does. I've found that unless I'm shooting something really tiny, like anemone shrimp, the depth of field with the macro lens is too narrow and leaves part of the picture blurry. But I'm still playing with it.
