Man on a Mission

This is Michael Pierce, Sr., a Pastor from Paige TX. I found him walking on a very busy street the other day carrying this huge cross so I had to stop and take some pictures of him.

This is his 19th year walking from Humble Texas to Austin Texas, which is about 320 miles, :shock:

Only got 3 shots of him for I didn't want to take to much of his time.

I agree with Griff, cool stuff Susan! Love the processing on the first and last shot, it works really well with his story. About 320 miles though!! I'm feeling really lazy now! :)

Love the first and last - as stated, the conversion is great - but the first is the killer for me.

If nobody has done it already then I think you must find this guy and get some more of his story down.

Thanks Tyger for the comment, his reason for carrying the humongo cross, is in hopes that people will find god and also that people will rededicate their lives to god.
