The lighting looks good, though I would recommend getting the shot closer to the ground so it doesn't appear to be looking down on him as much as it is... You can still get that angle and "looking up" shot that you were going for, just closer down to his eye level would make this shot a lot better. :D

The lighting is better, but you still are a bit dark.

One thing I am noticing is that your subject is very close to the bg. If space is a problem, then I understand but if it isn't, bring your subject out a little.

The angle doesn't bother me. Do you use a fill flash?

I did use a fill flash for this shot. Im going to read up more on my lighting.

Nice shot, like the contrast and dark b/d also agree with the position and getting in closer, possibly a fittle more fill on the face but just a little - well done.
