smoke is coming out of my brain!

I forgot to add in my introduction that I am a dunder-head when it comes to photo editing. So when I went to add my avitar and found out i had to do resizing I about had heart failure. 2 hours later I think I finally got it right. So since I got that part down.....i hope I decided to go ahead and post a picture. God help me! I'm sorry if the file is too big.

This is a picture of my daughter Samantha. I've always liked the picture but since I'm not an editing wiz I've never been able to darken her face.

You did fine, Angie! And I REALLY like the photo you posted. The slight vignetting looks really good, too... the colours are great, and the mild over-exposure of the face is perfect for the shot... I really like it! :D

Thanks for the comment. The picture of my daughter hasn't been retouched except for a bit of the unsharp mask. The pictures from that day all came out pretty good. The lighting was just right. I just wish I wouldn't have put her in a red shirt that day. I'm not very technical and Im not very good at f-stops and shutter speeds so this was all a bit of luck.
