I posted this yesterday in the "critique corner" and that may have been the wrong place for it.

I like this. I clicked on it to make it bigger and at first, I didn't know where the subject or focus was. Then I made it down to the karate chop. That's too cool. I like it alot!!!

I enjoy the effect you were after shooting through the window frame but think you should have included the bottom part of the frame. Levelling the camera to keep the frame straight might have been more effective, as well (although it isn't off that much). The upper 1/3 of this shot doesn't provide much information, but probably is necessary to maintain some balance. I like the choice of black and white for this scene. It just seems to work well. You definately have a picture within a picture.

Nice shot, is that a smudge on the window in the lower roght corner or smoke? little distracting.

I have tried cropping, but I like the roofline on the building on the right. When I crop it really feels cramped, and loses a little balance. I do agree that the top third does not add anything to the shot.

JJ, not sure what the reflection is. I dont remember any smoke, I was in a lighted hallway, could just be a reflection.
