New Nikon D50

Has anyone seen this new camera, I understand that this is Nikons new entry level DSLR.

Is it any good - on par with the D70 ?

Yeah... it's a not-quite-as-good/easier-to-use/cheaper version of the D70, but it's a good entry-level DSLR....

I'd spend the extra 100-150 for a D70 or D70s.
