Here is my first post!

Why not start with a picture of my daughter playing in the rain...
I'm just starting to get my feet wet in digital photography.

LOL she is all ready to roll in the rainy weather.

The red poncho stands out nicely against the more subdued greens and greys in the background. I might clone out the flag in the back though because it takes attention away from the subject (because it is the only other bright thing in the frame)

I love the look on her face and the way she's holding her hand. Her gesture and expression could either be her curiously experiencing the rain, or controlling it with her tiny hand :wink:

instead of cloning out the flag, you could subdew *spelling? right word even?* the flag and make it less noticable by reducing its saturation to take some color out.
