Have you ever noticed that if you pay attention to a threads view count before you go into it, and then go out of the thread, and refresh, the view count goes up by more than one.

I tested it out while no one was on the forum.

ofcourse, you viewed it so it increases.

Just one of those weird things lol. I went into a thread and there was 37 views, came out and refreshed and there was 41 :lol:

I just tried it out, and it seemed to work properly for me... :?

I just tried it twice with this thread and the hits counter only went up by one both times. : 0) And that was with mozilla.

I haven't heard of Alzheimer's starting at such an early age, but I think Kara would be an exception :lol:

It could be that you thought you were the only one on teh forum, but there could have also been spiders from Google or yahoo, for instance... there's usually a couple google spiders on here @ any given time...

They're good spiders... trust me. We like those types of spiders on our site. :D The mroe often they're here, the more often we'll turn up in searches, the more people will come here, the more members we'll get. :D

does it show when guests are online? maybe they came in and out before you noticed and they viewed the topic
