why not try taking a college course? also, i have seen in my copies of photography monthly, black & white, and practical photography magazines offers for photography courses and some workshops. some are even being offered by the editors of photography magazine. in the classified section of the june issue of the photography monthly magazine there is a photography class being offered by ICS www.icslearn.co.uk and a few workshops being offered by Lee Frost www.photoadventures.co.uk. i don't live in the uk but i do find their photography magazines to be among the best that i have read and i'm hooked. btw, i sent for information about a freelance photography course being offered by The BFP School of Photography. the phone number for BFP is 020 8882 3315. good luck and let me know how it goes.
