Lighting Selection
Hope everyone had a very merry Christmas!

I have a question about lighting. Currently I have one speedlight with remote triggers. I am getting ready to shoot some dancers at a space known as "The Garage" so it's not in a bright, well lit dance studio. I want to pick up another light to help but I'm looking for opinions on whether to purchase another speedlight or go with a continuous light like a Rotolight Neo.

Thanks for any feedback on this. I'm not trying to ask what might seem like simple questions.

Re: Lighting Selection
I think distance to your subject will be a big factor to answering your question. If you are close tot he stage and you get full illumination from speed lights that could work well, but if you have too much distance then you will need a continuous lighting solution.

Re: Lighting Selection
Thanks, agiledogs. In this case, I'll have full access to the stage and will be able to direct the dancer for each of the shots. So given what you suggested I may go with a second flash.
