Birds! someone has to post something!
This was taken Saturday at "The Landing" on Coronado Landing, in San Diego. It was a nice sunny day, about 78 degrees, watching the view of S.D. from the park area, listening to a local band playing swing music. Sitting on beach chairs under a beach umbrella, watching the birds trying to find a place to hang out on top of this glass roofed restaurant. The glass tiles were all heavy stained with bird dung and trying to think of some way to get an image from this boring sky and dirty birds. A combination of PS, Topaz filters and who knows what else, this is my offering for today. Enjoy it.........or not! Thanks for looking, double thanks for a comment.

Coronado sounds nice.....mayhaps we could meet somewheres and have a shootout. :)

I like the first and I believe its the strongest of the 2 images.

The view shot has that boat cut off coming in on the right side that distracts me..But I do like the location.

Thanks Clark, it was another fun project. Shot with the iPhone.

It is a really interesting editing. I do like it, it's very original. I would be curious to see the original and the post process ones side by side.
Is it more like a frame or a vignette?

The view is good too especially since you took it with your phone. I didn't even noticed the cut out boat until Clark mentioned it lol

Thanks FredricaS for commenting, here is the original shot to compare it with. The city shot was just a way to show the area we were enjoying. The boat was actually going out of the frame and the wake should have been removed but it was just a snap.
