Do anyone know how to make the color photo to black-white color with photoshop?

Um, Tim??? Should someone make a tutorial about that?

Hehe... we've got a tutorial coming from herins, actually... I just have to code it and get it up on the site... I'll try to get it done before the weekend. In the meantime, this one here may work for you as well: http://www.photographycorner.com/pho...zing-bw-ps.php :D

The 3 simple ways to do this

Image > mode > greyscale

hue/saturation > desaturate all the way

channels > pick one of the red/green/blue that looks best. :0)

I don't think the question was how to make something black and white, but how to do it with some color in it as well... as if a part of a black and while image was "colored in".

ok. duplicate the layer *ctrl j*, hide the top layer and select the bottom layer, make it black and white, then make the top layer visible again and select it, select hte area you want to be visible and then hit the mask button to make the rest of it invisible. :0)
