-most likely cause (or dominant cause at least) : the aperture of 5.6 gives you quite a narrow depth of field, so there will be a few out of focus...

I am not a big fan of HDR, but the colours here are fantastic! Never would have thought that this was in KSA!
I would suggest a slight crop at the bottom...(about 1/8 to 1/6).
