Very pretty shots, andy. I like both. The first is kinda cool with the inclusion of the shadows on the petals, the second is so peaceful, light and airy. Good work and I also like the braches added to the shot, gives depth and detail.

Thanks Terri, I thought of you when I was selecting which pics to post. I know how you like shadows, .
I had one with a branch coming up between 2 flowers but it was not 'right'.

Here is one with a bee, taken today.
I was taking a pic of the entire tree (it's in full bloom)and saw the bee, couldn't resist. Two pics and my 'card' was full,

Of the first two, I like the first one. It has more color. The 2nd one is more even light, but it seems just a little bit more drab. The 3rd one has too many shadows for me, but is still pretty.

Nice job.

Thanks Mike, That's pretty much how I feel about the first 2.
The third looks overexposed to me. The problem there is the bees are only 'working' in the heat of the day when the sun is brightest.
I've a lot to learn, but at least I've defined this issue,
Andre

In case anyone is interested.
The Nectarine flowers get darker pink as they age.
Here they are a day before the petals drop.
