I'm not offended by "utterly horrible", and it does not factor in my reaction. I appreciate your honesty, and will keep future reponses from you on the same shelf, under non-constructive, but well intentioned critcism

To me, there may be some things that could be improved in this shot.

As mentioned before, the colors look a little over the top to me. Really bright and saturated. This could be just that the contrast is way up.

The white portion of the ball in the lover right is super bright and I think it's blown out. Hard to say for sure since its white anyway but thats how it looks to me.

In the upper left the ball has a stain on it that does not match the super bright clear look of the rest of the ball and it kinda bothers me as well.

Maybe this all doesn't matter because you are shooting a "found" object in available light which was very bright and contrasty. I think you have posted other work I like better.
