Stockyard "Calfe" Bozman MT
And yes it is (or was at the time) a functional dinner with posted hours next to a stockyard hence the play on the word "Cafe". ~ jerrywb

Thanks Tim I must admit when I first saw the child like hand painted sign I thought "Graffiti" it wasn't. It took a second or two for the Stockyard next door to sink in. Then I wondered if it was not part of the designed decor play adding to the theme and re-inforcing the mis-spelling of CAFE. ~ jerrywb

At least we know where they got their beef from, and fresh too! Want to see a lonely fogotten town! Check out Lima Montana, along RT 15 a bit north of Utah!

It's so close you can here the moooooo but the stockyard was empty that day so all was quiet.

I would imagine fresh grass fed beef would not be that hard to find at the local butcher shop as well as Elk and Bison.
