From Yesterday (nothing gross)
Going over all the pictures I took yesterday I ran across another one that was worth editing and saving. As you can guess this guy is quite small as are the wildflowers.

Re: From Yesterday (nothing gross)
I like it. How close did you get to him and what lens do you use?

Re: From Yesterday (nothing gross)
Sabine,
I can't guess the distance but I was pretty darn close and I was using the Tamron 180mm macro lens. I wasn't at the 1:1 ratio minimum focusing distance but probably around the 1:1.12 to 1:1.15. And even at that distance there was considerable cropping. The more I look at it the I think it's too warm so I'm going to try a white balance adjustment. Jerry Edit: I probably wasn't quite that close either.

Re: From Yesterday (nothing gross)
LOL I wasn't sure if I should look or not STILL.
I like it Jer. I don't think it's too warm. I think that it's quite nice.

Re: From Yesterday (nothing gross)
Thanks Sharna, I did make a minor white balance adjustment and I do believe it looks better now but I won't post the other one because the change is minimal.

Same here...
Great shot, Jerry. I wouldn't change the WB - looks just right to me. |

Re: From Yesterday (nothing gross)
Thanks Kot. Here's the one I tweaked the white balance on.
