old feel 2
Another old barn near my home. Took this one last Summer. It was VERY green, and I just had to do something with it. Couldn't for the life of me remember what I'd done with the last one, so this one turned out totally different.

Hope you like this, as much as I do.

You'd be surprised how many properties are left like this around here. Sometimes there are much newer buildings, but the owners build a new one really close by. Crazy! Well, at least it'll give me something to photograph. I already have a few plans for this Summer.

Just be VERY careful when you enter private property. I recently was issued a citation for trespassing.

I love the way this looks old looking. Nice capture and very nice PP

No worries, Sharna. There are so many of these buildings so close to the road, I should not get in to any trouble. This one was actually only about 100m off the side of the highway.

You know, I thought about this one, too. However, I do feel that having the island (barn + trees) in the center of the shot, really works here, as the barn/trees seem to run at a slight angle to the camera (and the barn being closer to the right hand edge). I tried cropping it, but it just didn't look right (to me anyway).
