Stormy weather

Hello!
I took this photo a couple of years ago in Gaspesie, Quebec. Only recently I had the time to start going through the photos and start organizing them and make some editing.
The weather was really bad that day but I had to take this photo, I love the contrast between the sky and the house.
Editing for me is normally adjust contrast and exposure, saturation and vignette.
This time I tried to push the sky a bit further... I wanted to be more edgy.
What do you think? Is it too much?
Thanks

Re: Stormy weather

There is some excellent contrast in the image. Lots of drama in that sky. The composition is nice with a good placement of the horizon and subject. Personally I don't care for the corner of the road in the bottom right, it doesn't look like you could've avoided it with the angle. The only thing that I noticed from the photo was there are some really defined edges on what I'm guess was a masking brush in post processing. Specifically next to the edge of the roof on the left side. It looks like the water gets darker. The other is on the right side just along the far right edge of the horizon I'm seeing that difference in brightness. The photo isn't super high-res so its hard to tell what exactly that is. Regardless a pretty powerful image, clean those few spots up and I think you have a real winner.

Re: Stormy weather

Thank you so much for taking the time to give me your feedback!
You are right, I can definitely see those spots to correct.. That's why another opinion is always better, I think my eyes got used to it at some point.
I will indeed clean it up and I will post a better resolution one as well (I was afraid the file would have been too heavy)
