Canon's Digital Rebel Revolution

Article: Canon's Digital Rebel Revolution

Summary: A review from Forbes.com on Canon's EOS Digital Rebel SLR camera which "allows user to both see and take the shot through the same lens, a feature missing in compact digital cameras." Although fairly heavy at 19.7 ounces, the 6.3-megapixel camera weighs in at less than $1000 and is loaded with settings and features to keep most photographers just playing with it for hours. "Though the Digital Rebel is a high-end camera, its popularity is based in its flexability. It's truely well-suited for both beginners and photography buffs and delivers clean images with accurate color.

Now that looks like a nice digital camera... that's cool that you can post pictures in here too. Can we post pictures as well? How do we do that? That article says that this camera came out several months ago... has anyone here used it? I was thinking of getting a Canon camera.

Yes, in fact, I encourage members to post pictures they've taken. We're got a specific place set up for this in the Critiques Corner forum. For instructions on how to upload photos, read the FAQ section.

As for using that specific camera, I haven't really played around with it, but would like to at some point... anyone else?

all i can say is i love mine no mater good or bad has been wrote about it. I used to work all day long with a 10-D and to tell you the truth the biggest diffrence with this one and it is the body weight. but if you drop ethier of them they are going to get hurt. so if you want the quality of the 10-D and not the price go for it! best thing i ever did.
