Telling Time

I have been working on some product shots for school and these shots are my favorite so far, I hope you like them.

A big thanks to Jenn (carroll1) for helping me with the title.

Aww you're welcome lol

These are great! Love the comp on the 1st image. The diagonal helps my eye flow through the image. Wonderful DOF as well. Beautiful DOF and lighting on the 2nd image. The framing and adding Skagen text really help pull this shot together for me.

Well Done my friend!

Excellent shots, Susan. The tones and details are spot-on and I like the compositions and DOFs as well. My only comment (as an ad man! lol) was to maybe set-up the watch, the 'time', to compliment the shot. Not sure if you've seen this before or not, but ALL watches are set to 10.10 in all clock ads!

I like the idea that it's different here - but they could've been even more exciting. Well done anyway, Susan. Great work.

Great lighting and texture, Susan. I prefer the second shot but not sure about the angle of the watch if it was going to be submitted for an ad. It makes me have to turn my head sideways to view it, properly. How about turning the second picture ninety degrees clockwise?
