20D Questions

Canon 20D Questions

I'm probably going to be buying a 20D very soon, but I have a few questions I was hoping you all could help me out with.

1) How many raw photos will fit on a 1GB compact flash drive?
2) If I purchase the battery grip will it fit on my Stroboframe flash bracket ok?
3) Where is the memory drive located on this camera? Will it be easy for me to change if needed while attached to my flash bracket?

Thanks in advance everyone!!

1. Approx. 108. According to the manual, 27 RAW Images on a 256mb card..X 4 = 108
2. It should with no problem.
3. It is on the right side. The bracket should pose no problem in changing cards.

I have a Stratos flash bracket with an 8" vertical post--the shop said that if I were to have the battery grip it would be too tall. I don't know how tall your Stroboframe is but if it's 8" or shorter you may run into problems.

I agree with Dave about file storage--I can fit 54 raw shots on a 512MB card.
