Re: something's a brewing

Personally, I like the dominant and ominous steely blue of the clouds in the original. I did take a quick look at it....if you don't mind? Hubby apparently appreciates your photography and/or at least you! I'd be looking for an underground storm shelter.

On a side note I first saw/found the B&W conversion in the Gallery after commenting on the post here and at this point the Gallery (b&w) has had 134 views, 33 more than here in Places and it was posted a day later. It would be interesting to see how many views the color version would draw there (Gallery).
Thanks again, Jerry. I have to admit that I don't use the galleries. I think I only ever posted there twice.

Thanks, Carl. I LOVE clouds, but would have totally missed this, if it hadn't been for my husband.

Thank you, Russ. I also love your attempt. I also like the blue in the photo, but now I can't decide if I like it just a little lighter (like in yours), or the way I saw/shot it. And luckily we've never had the need for a shelter.

Re: something's a brewing

Wow Sabine great shot of the drama in the sky. While I'm a big fan of B/W and really like Clarks conversion, I think the color shot gives better depth to the clouds.
