Butterfly at Rest

This is an image from way back. As you can see, I used a NIkon D100 back then.

It's unfortunate that I couldn't find an angle that I liked, that didn't have the blurred out red flower that you see in the lower left. It's a little distracting. Even so, I think I like the image as a whole.

Nikon D100, Nikon AF-S 300mm f/4 + 1.4x teleconverter, @ 420mm (after camera crop factor 630mm), f/5.6, 1/50 second, ISO 100

Nice colours and textures, and insects are not always easy to catch. You did a great work!
