Beach House
We went exploring to the Crystal Cove California State Park, located between Laguna Beach and Newport Beach. It is quite a beautiful location. In the 1920's folks built some cottages in the cove right by the water. Then The parks Dept took over the large area and made the residents all leave and after sitting vacant for years, they are now renovating the cottages for vacation rentals. What was good for me is that there are still quite a few cottages that are waiting to be fixed up. I did not know we had any run down places left in So. Cal. Here is one cottage, and it even comes with a boat too! Comments always welcome and more shots are on my site too.

Thanks, I wonder how long it will take before these will get updated. The beach and cove is just beautiful. I have many shots and B&W and tinted also works very well on these cottages. Click on the image to see the rest.
