Re: Algonquin Provincial Park, Ontario

Great photos Mario. Make me want to go camping there.
Algonquin is an awesome (and very, very large 7,653.45 sq km / 2,955.01 sq mi) park to visit.

Re: Algonquin Provincial Park, Ontario

Gorgeous pics Mario. I'd have a hard time choosing between camera and fishing rod.

Re: Algonquin Provincial Park, Ontario

These are really nice shots, Mario. They showcase your vacation very well. It looks like a beautiful place. Of all of them, though, that first shot hits it out of the park! While there's a lot of detritus on the beach, there's nothing you can do about that. In all, too, it helps the story. Anyway, the combination of beautiful beach, river, and kayaks (simultaneously acting as a foreground subject and leading lines) tell the entire story in a nice concise package. Well done, sir!

Re: Algonquin Provincial Park, Ontario

Thanks once again everyone for looking in and leaving comments. It was a great week and my wife and I are hoping to get back there to catch some of the fall color before this part of the park closes for the winter.

Re: Algonquin Provincial Park, Ontario

They are all super shots but #1 takes the cake! Such a beautiful scene with great light and a wonderful composition. It looks like you had some nice weather. I'll be heading there Monday to see how the trees are changing, but the weather isn't looking to great.
