art photography with landscape

I played with movement during this shot and moved my camera in an up and down motion during the exposure. I read about this in Bryan Peterson's Understanding Exposure. I really like how this turned out. I have it in my living room.
Critique or questions welcome!

I'm not entirely sure. But I think I like it. The effect is cool anyhow, especially with the light
