Re: Stop and Shop

Crackin capture, love the movement of the subway and the capture of 2 individuals going about their routines. The conversion was an excellent choice btw!

Great capture. I wish I could set up a tripod on the subway platform here in Toronto without get tossed by transit enforcement.

Try losing the tripod, boosting the ISO a little, and using a wide lens. It's surprising how still you can hold the camera with slower shutter speeds and a wide lens.

I have to agree with everyone. Great shot and conversion.

Re: Stop and Shop

I didn't use a tripod..... All by hand, it was a quick point and shoot with what I had with me. Cannot remember without checking but think I was using my 40m prime. I cannot afford a new wide angle at the moment, don't think it needs it to be honest, would have just picked up more pointless objects that would have distracted. It's a tight crop for that reason.

The comments about tripod and wide angle lens was in response to MedicGreg's comment.
Your image shows that you obviously don't need any advice in that regard.
