Can't read this on my IPad. USA Today has way too many pop ups and ads. You can't touch anywhere on the screen without getting shunted someplace else.

Basically she is facing a $300 fine and 15 day jail sentence for a 3rd degree misdemeanor.

Re: Assault charge filed against Mizzou professor who called for "some muscle"

While I am NOT a fan of paparazzi type of pseudo photojournalism, I see nothing wrong with what the photog was doing, albeit we have a short snippet of what actually transpired. I'm also concerned why this has become a GOP issue in the state....someone has got a political axe to grind. I don't particularly feel that the misguided and shortsighted actions of Ms. Click were particularly egregious, but in such events the smallest things can trigger ugly situations....and she was inflaming things. The $300 and 15 days is probably appropriate, but the hypocrisy of retaining her position within the communications department certainly isn't. She has proven her lack of true comprehension of communication, let alone be positioned to guide others.
