If you find a wad of money with no ID of who it belongs to, I mean like alot, then you turn it in to police or the store you found it infrount of, no one claims it, it's yours

i would return it ..been there done that. both ways feels good in the end.
200MPH that ain't fast enough!!!.....and OUCH does it hurt when you fall!

I would return it with 4k in the wallet. "Yeah um...I just found this wallet with 4k in it."

I'm kidding, I would take it to the police. I think that would be the fattest wallet of all time though.
