Another Shot of my little guy!

Was practicing. I'm still afraid of M mode so this is in ap mode. My SS were slow even tho I thought there was enough light. I upped ISO to 200 but my camera just sucks and look what I got. See all that grain??? I so need a new camera. So besides that whatcha think??? I'm not sure if I like the composition or not. This was mostly straight out of camera. Just some slight USM run, crop and resizing for web. I know I lost his hair in the BG any other problems.

Good pic

Wow what a cute little man. The only thing is that I would like to see is perhaps the shorts a different color, like white or red or something. Maybe even black the same as the backround. Also maybe you could darken the backround with PS and soften it. JMO I'm a rookie so take what I say with a grain of salt.

Or maybe lighter blue shorts to bring out his beautiful eyes.

I hope you don't mind...I played around with PS a little bit. The edges are a little rough because I just wanted to give you a quick example...but I think that the composition of this image is great. Your son's blue eyes are beautiful! Great photo!

He is adorable! I too like the composition. What crystal has done is quite nice.

I'm so glad you like it! All I did was paint the background with a soft brush (black obviously ). Then added a warm light photo filter. That was it!
