PhotoShop (which will be the death of me) Edit

Not sure if this is the right forum for this, so, if not, Mods, feel free to stick it where it belongs.

After undue pressure from the masses at this site, I'm throwing up my hands and trying to gradually learn something about PhotoShop until I can take a class in it.

Anyway, here is a shot I "doctored" using PS, so not knowing what I'm doing!!!! I took this today as I left the nearby Winery. Basically, my intent was to step up the color a bit and get rid of the power lines. I did this by using the "healing brush" and "cloning" tools. Let me have it . . . how'd I do?

If you become a Prem. Mem. you can participate in the PS challenge every week. Plus lots of other fun stuff.

Sandie, the image is a little small but appears like you did an excellent job!!!! Now go to the Challenge and do it! Were already on #7!!! You are doing excellent and you know I will always help if you need it. I am addicted and learn 3 new things a day. Thats my goal.

I want to be Scott Kelby when I grow up. Yeah right! Never gonna happen

Very nice looks good! www.pixel2life.com has some really good photography PS tutorials for touchups....

The easiest way i think to saturate it more is go Layer/new adjustment layer/hue and sateration/ then on the saturation slider de saturate about half way or a little less than half, click ok and then put that layers blend mode to over lay then you can play with the opacity and fill!

oops my bad that jsut gives it really good contrast....

They are just a little bit too small to tell much about them. Perhaps if you could post larger pics. They both look good from what I can tell.
